That and the noise issue. It’s silly because I’m familiar with the motherboard you have- it’s pretty good onboard- as well as the soundcard you have- it’s middling- and the differences aren’t large it’s mostly hiss IME. And also under Linux with headphones?
Both are connected to the integrated sound.
